1. 服务说明

植物时光是由 FatbeanTech 提供的植物管理与养护辅助服务，当前功能包括植物档案管理、养护提醒、通知中心、天气辅助、成长记录图片上传、分享模板、AI 植物识别，以及基于 Apple StoreKit 的会员订阅能力。

你对本服务的使用，意味着你同意受本协议及 隐私政策 约束。如果你不同意，请停止使用植物时光。

植物时光不面向未达到所在地区法定同意年龄的儿童。未成年人使用本服务应取得监护人同意并由监护人承担相应管理责任。

2. 账号、区域与安全

• 中国大陆区域使用手机号验证码创建和登录账号；美国及其他地区支持 Apple 登录或 Google 登录创建和登录账号。
• 不同区域的账号体系、登录方式和数据存储位置可能不同。切换区域可能需要重新登录，账号数据不承诺自动迁移。
• 如果你从匿名账号绑定到已存在的 Apple、Google 或手机号账号，当前匿名账号数据可能不会迁移到该已存在账号。
• 你应妥善保管 `userId`、`secret`、access token、refresh token、短信验证码、Apple/Google 登录凭证及其他账号凭证，不得向他人泄露或转让。
• 你应确保提交给服务的数据真实、合法，并在设备遗失、账号异常或凭证泄露时及时采取措施。
• 我们可能基于安全策略轮换凭证、使旧 token 失效，或在检测到异常、滥用、违法或违反本协议行为时限制、暂停或终止访问。
• 你可以通过 App 内账号注销流程申请注销账号。手机号账号注销需要短信验证码；Apple 或 Google 账号注销需要重新完成对应身份校验。注销后，你应清空本地会话并重新创建或登录账号。

3. 用户内容

你保留对自己上传或录入内容的权利，包括植物图片、植物名称、备注、成长记录、分类、养护计划、任务、地点和分享模板相关内容。你授予 FatbeanTech 在提供、维护、改进与保护植物时光服务所必需范围内处理、存储、传输、分析和展示这些内容的有限授权。

你承诺不会上传侵犯他人权利、违法、欺诈、恶意、骚扰、淫秽、包含恶意代码或其他不当内容。你应对自己录入、上传、生成、分享或通过本服务传播的内容承担责任。

删除植物、记录、通知、媒体或账号时，相关内容可能先被标记为删除，备份、缓存、对象存储或运维清理可能需要一定时间完成。

4. 订阅与支付条款

• 植物时光的会员订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购体系完成，购买、自动续费、价格调整、取消和退款均受 Apple 规则及你所使用商店条款约束。
• 除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，订阅可能会自动续期。续费费用、试用、优惠和税费以 Apple 展示的信息为准。
• 购买、续费或恢复成功后，植物时光会根据 StoreKit 交易信息、App Store Server Notifications 和 App Store Server API 更新你的会员状态、有效期和购买快照。
• 如果交易已绑定其他账号，恢复购买或覆盖绑定可能要求你确认切换账号或覆盖关系；具体结果以 App 内提示和后端校验为准。
• 如需管理或取消订阅，请前往 Apple ID 订阅管理页面操作；退款申请由 Apple 按其政策处理。
• 会员权益可能因退款、撤销、订阅过期、支付失败、商店状态同步延迟或违反本协议而调整、暂停或终止。

5. 可接受使用

• 不得干扰、攻击、逆向、爬取、滥用或规避本服务的认证、接口限制、订阅校验或安全措施。
• 不得使用自动化方式批量上传、请求或触发异常负载，影响其他用户或系统稳定性。
• 不得将本服务用于违法用途，或利用图片、文本、AI 输出、天气信息、提醒、接口结果误导他人。
• 不得冒用他人身份、未经授权访问他人账号、绕过区域账号体系，或尝试获取、篡改、删除不属于你的数据。

如我们合理认为你的行为可能危害服务、其他用户、第三方权益或 App Store 平台规则，我们可以暂停、限制或终止你对服务的访问。

6. 免责声明

植物时光提供的植物养护建议、天气辅助信息、通知提醒和 AI 识别结果仅供一般参考，不构成专业园艺、农业、医疗、宠物安全、有毒植物判断、财务、法律或其他专业意见，也不保证识别结果、提醒建议、订阅状态或天气数据完全准确、完整、连续或适用于你的具体场景。

你应根据植物实际状态、环境条件和专业意见自行判断并承担使用结果。因网络中断、第三方服务故障、AI 模型输出偏差、设备问题、商店交易异常、区域切换、不可抗力或超出合理控制范围的情况造成的延迟、中断、数据偏差或权益同步延迟，我们将在合理范围内处理，但不对超出合理控制范围的损失承担责任。

7. 变更、终止与争议

我们可以根据业务发展、法律要求、平台规则或安全需要更新本协议。更新版本会在本页面展示新的“最后更新”日期。若你在更新后继续使用服务，视为接受更新内容。

在法律允许范围内，本协议及因使用植物时光引起的争议，应适用与服务提供方运营地相关的法律规则，并通过友好协商优先解决。若协商不成，可提交有管辖权的法院或其他依法设定的争议解决机构处理。

1. Service Overview

Florea is a plant tracking and care-assistance service provided by FatbeanTech. Current features include plant profile management, care reminders, notification center, weather-assisted logic, image-based growth records, share templates, AI plant analysis, and subscription features processed through Apple StoreKit.

By using Florea, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Florea is not directed to children under the legal age of consent in their region. Minors should use the service only with guardian consent and supervision.

2. Accounts, Regions, and Security

• Mainland China accounts use phone-number verification codes for account creation and sign-in. The United States and other regions support Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In for account creation and sign-in.
• Account systems, sign-in methods, and storage locations may differ by region. Switching regions may require signing in again, and account data is not guaranteed to migrate automatically.
• If you bind an anonymous account to an existing Apple, Google, or phone account, data in the anonymous account may not migrate to that existing account.
• You are responsible for keeping your `userId`, `secret`, access token, refresh token, SMS verification codes, Apple/Google credentials, and other credentials secure.
• You must provide lawful content and take reasonable steps if a device is lost, your account is compromised, or your credentials are exposed.
• We may rotate credentials, invalidate tokens, or restrict, suspend, or terminate access when required for security, service protection, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
• You may request account deletion through the in-app account deletion flow. Phone accounts require SMS verification. Apple or Google accounts require renewed identity verification. After deletion, you should clear the local session and create or sign in to an account again.

3. User Content

You retain rights to the content you upload or create in Florea, including plant photos, names, notes, growth records, categories, care plans, tasks, locations, and share-template content. You grant FatbeanTech a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the service.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, harassing, obscene, contains malicious code, or is otherwise improper. You are responsible for content you enter, upload, generate, share, or distribute through the service.

When plants, records, notifications, media, or accounts are deleted, related content may first be marked as deleted, and backups, caches, object storage, or operational cleanup may take time to complete.

4. Subscription Terms

• Florea subscriptions are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, price changes, and refunds are governed by Apple and the store terms applicable to your account.
• Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription may renew automatically. Renewal price, trials, offers, and taxes are as shown by Apple.
• After purchase, renewal, or restore, Florea updates your subscription status, entitlement, expiration date, and purchase snapshot using StoreKit transaction information, App Store Server Notifications, and the App Store Server API.
• If a transaction is already bound to another account, restore or overwrite flows may require you to confirm account switching or binding changes. The final result is determined by in-app prompts and backend verification.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
• Premium benefits may be adjusted, suspended, or terminated because of refunds, revocations, subscription expiration, payment failure, store synchronization delay, or violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may not interfere with, attack, reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or bypass the service, its authentication flow, API limits, subscription validation, or security controls.
• You may not use automation or abnormal request patterns that degrade system stability or other users' experience.
• You may not use Florea for unlawful purposes or to distribute misleading or harmful content through images, text, AI outputs, weather information, reminders, or API results.
• You may not impersonate others, access another account without authorization, bypass regional account systems, or attempt to obtain, alter, or delete data that is not yours.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your conduct harms the service, other users, third parties, or App Store platform rules.

6. Disclaimers

Plant care suggestions, weather-assisted outputs, notifications, and AI analysis results are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional horticultural, agricultural, medical, pet-safety, poisonous-plant, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, continuous, or suitable for your specific situation.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating real-world plant conditions. To the extent permitted by law, FatbeanTech is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions, third-party service failures, AI model output errors, device issues, store-transaction problems, region switching, force majeure, entitlement synchronization delay, or other events beyond reasonable control.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Disputes

We may update these Terms from time to time for business, legal, platform-rule, operational, or security reasons. Updated terms will be reflected by revising the last updated date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from Florea use will be governed by the laws applicable to the service operator's place of operation, with good-faith discussion preferred before formal dispute resolution.

Florea は FatbeanTech が提供する植物管理・ケア支援サービスです。現在の機能には、植物プロフィール管理、ケアリマインダー、通知センター、天気補助、画像による成長記録、共有テンプレート、AI 植物解析、Apple StoreKit を通じたサブスクリプション機能が含まれます。

Florea を利用することで、本利用規約および関連する プライバシーポリシー に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、サービスの利用を中止してください。

Florea は、各地域の法定同意年齢に満たない児童を対象としたサービスではありません。未成年者は保護者の同意と監督のもとで利用してください。

2. アカウント、地域、安全管理

• 中国本土地域では、電話番号認証コードによりアカウント作成およびログインを行います。米国およびその他の地域では、Apple ログインまたは Google ログインによるアカウント作成およびログインをサポートします。
• 地域によりアカウント体系、ログイン方法、保存場所が異なる場合があります。地域を切り替えると再ログインが必要になる場合があり、アカウントデータの自動移行は保証されません。
• 匿名アカウントを既存の Apple、Google、または電話番号アカウントに連携する場合、匿名アカウントのデータは当該既存アカウントへ移行されないことがあります。
• `userId`、`secret`、access token、refresh token、SMS 認証コード、Apple/Google 認証情報、その他の認証情報は、利用者自身の責任で安全に管理してください。
• 端末紛失、認証情報漏えい、アカウント異常が疑われる場合は、速やかに必要な対応を行ってください。
• 当社は、セキュリティ、サービス保護、不正利用防止、法令遵守、または本規約の執行のために、認証情報の更新、token の無効化、アクセス制限、停止、終了を行う場合があります。
• アプリ内のアカウント削除フローからアカウント削除を申請できます。電話番号アカウントでは SMS 認証が必要です。Apple または Google アカウントでは再度の本人確認が必要です。削除後はローカルセッションを消去し、再度アカウントを作成またはログインしてください。

3. 利用者コンテンツ

植物画像、名称、メモ、成長記録、カテゴリ、ケアプラン、タスク、場所、共有テンプレート関連内容など、利用者が Florea にアップロードまたは入力した内容の権利は、原則として利用者に留保されます。ただし、サービス提供、保守、改善、保護のために必要な範囲で、FatbeanTech に対して保存、処理、送信、解析、表示を行う限定的な利用許諾を付与するものとします。

利用者は、違法、不正、有害、権利侵害、嫌がらせ、わいせつ、悪意あるコードを含む、または不適切な内容をアップロードしてはなりません。利用者は、サービス上で入力、アップロード、生成、共有、配布する内容について責任を負います。

植物、記録、通知、メディア、アカウントを削除する場合、関連内容はまず削除済みとしてマークされることがあり、バックアップ、キャッシュ、オブジェクトストレージ、運用上のクリーンアップ完了まで時間を要することがあります。

4. サブスクリプション条項

• Florea のサブスクリプションは Apple のアプリ内課金を通じて購入されます。請求、自動更新、解約、価格改定、返金は Apple および利用ストアの条件に従います。
• 現在の期間終了の少なくとも 24 時間前までに自動更新を停止しない場合、サブスクリプションが自動更新されることがあります。更新価格、試用、オファー、税金は Apple が表示する内容に従います。
• 購入、更新、復元後、Florea は StoreKit 取引情報、App Store Server Notifications、App Store Server API に基づいて会員状態、利用権限、有効期限、購入スナップショットを更新します。
• 取引が別のアカウントに既に関連付けられている場合、復元または上書きフローではアカウント切替や関連付け変更の確認が必要になることがあります。最終結果はアプリ内表示およびサーバー検証に基づきます。
• サブスクリプションの管理または解約は、Apple ID のサブスクリプション設定から行ってください。返金申請は Apple のポリシーに従って処理されます。
• プレミアム特典は、返金、取消、購読期間満了、支払い失敗、ストア同期遅延、または本規約違反により、調整、停止、終了される場合があります。

5. 許容される利用

• 認証フロー、API 制限、サブスクリプション検証、セキュリティ制御を妨害、攻撃、回避、逆解析、スクレイピング、濫用してはなりません。
• 異常な自動化や大量リクエストにより、サービスや他の利用者へ悪影響を与えてはなりません。
• 違法目的、または画像、テキスト、AI 出力、天気情報、リマインダー、API 結果により誤解を招く目的で Florea を利用してはなりません。
• 他人になりすますこと、無断で他人のアカウントへアクセスすること、地域別アカウント体系を回避すること、自分に属さないデータを取得、変更、削除しようとすることは禁止されます。

利用者の行為がサービス、他の利用者、第三者、または App Store プラットフォームルールへ害を及ぼすおそれがあると合理的に判断した場合、当社はアクセス停止、制限、または終了を行うことがあります。

6. 免責事項

植物ケア提案、天気補助情報、通知、AI 分析結果は、一般的な参考情報として提供されるものであり、園芸、農業、医療、ペット安全、有毒植物判断、財務、法律等の専門的助言を構成するものではありません。また、正確性、完全性、継続性、特定目的適合性を保証するものでもありません。

実際の植物の状態、環境条件、専門家の助言を踏まえた最終判断は利用者自身の責任で行ってください。法令で許される範囲で、ネットワーク障害、第三者サービス障害、AI モデル出力の誤り、端末不具合、Apple の取引処理、地域切替、不可抗力、権限同期遅延など合理的支配を超える事由に起因する損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

7. 改定、停止、紛争

当社は、事業、法令、プラットフォームルール、運用、セキュリティ上の必要に応じて本規約を更新することがあります。更新後はこのページの最終更新日を改定します。更新後も利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

適用法で認められる範囲において、本規約および Florea の利用に関する紛争は、サービス提供者の運営地に適用される法令に準拠し、正式手続に先立ち誠実な協議による解決を優先します。
